RETURNS

You may change your mind and return your purchase within 14 calendar days after the day of delivery. Return is only possible if the purchased goods is returned in the same condition and quality as when received, and in the original package. This implies that the goods are unused other than for the purpose of trying them on. If there is evidence suggesting that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease their value, you lose the right to return.

To return your item please contact us at flair@flaircopenhagen.com. Please specify your parcel tracking number. We advise to use a shipping insurance & tracking, as we cannot guarantee receiving your returned item.

You will be responsible for shipping costs and handling shipping when returning your items. Please enclose your receipt in the package. Once approved, refunds will be made within 15 business days.

Secure payment is provided via Stripe and Pay Pal.

SHIPPING

We provide World Wide shipping. The shipping charge depends on your delivery country. The shipping amount is shown once you input your address at checkout. Please note, we need your phone number for shipping information.

If your items are in stock your order is normally shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days form receiving your order.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
